In 2025, the ultramodern Nike GT Future caught the eyes and captured the hearts of ballers across the globe. Since its mysterious debut on the feet of rapper Wale, the liquid-armoured model has come correct in a bevy of colourways, but we think it looks best in the classic metallic sheen made famous by the Foamposite. Flight Club and Division Street’s Ducks of a Feather (DOAF) must be thinking the same, because they’ve just announced the ‘Metallic Nova’, which will be limited to just 300 pairs and only available in one place.
As with many of the DOAF releases, Oregon is the muse, and the colourway of green and yellow pulls straight from the Duck’s uniforms. Elsewhere, black accents are scattered throughout highlighting details like the synthetic side, tinted and rubberised outsole, and welded TPU logos across the lateral. Each of the 300 pairs made available will be individually numbered, and all of the proceeds generated from the drop will go towards helping student athletes from the University of Oregon.
