adidas' Adistar XLG 2.0 'Grey' Outplays its Jellyfish Cousin in Serenity Stakes

have been unabashed in loading up the loud-palette canon to the arrival of their takedown, the XLG 2.0. But while those cranking colourways aren't predicted to reach rotations' shores until next year, a new look has emerged with the sleek force of smoky pearl – and it's all set to grace us this week.
The Adistar XLG 2.0 'Grey' colourway has just been revealed by @solebox, and goes for a totally different feel to the previously peeped and iterations. While those latter two opt for a white underlay with bright pops to the TPU overlays (and on the 'Lucid Pink/Lucid Blue' edition, the Three Stripes as well), the 'Grey' goes with varying grades of light gunmetal throughout the build.

It's a tranquil take that highlights the silhouette's exaggerated proportions and fluid features with a deft hand, rather than a neon-led beating over the head. In fact, in comparison to its cousin – which launched alongside the exactly one month ago – it still hits serene. While Pharrell's build slaps hard black on the Three Stripes, eyelets and toe details, the XLG 2.0 uses stealth exceedingly sparingly, daubing only the outsole.
The Adistar XLG 2.0 will touch down at retailers on November 15, 2025, with a retail price of $150. Follow the link below for your chance to cop.
