Motherlan x OTW by Vans Team Up for a Cross-Continental Release

As the year winds toward its final stretch, are still keeping the pace and moving with intent! Fresh from a run of collaborations with brands like and Netflix’s mega-hit , the Cali label's arm are now looking across the Atlantic, teaming up to with London collective Motherlan for a release thats loaded with attitude and creativity.

Founded in 2018 by artists Leo (aka Soldier) and Slawn along with skater Onyedi, the limited-edition drop taps into the brand's creative roots through two premium silhouettes and a tight OTW by Vans apparel capsule.

The first model from the offering is the Reissue 33 LX. Packed with custom detailing, a debossed Motherlan logo and a see-through sole showing stained-glass artwork, the silhouette comes craftedwith a mix of textured materials and laces that give the pair that raw, expressive edge, while a reworked Nigerian camo print brings a fresh motif of creativity and pride.

Next is the , a silhouette which takes a more restrained route with a monochrome palette designed as an open field for tags and hand-drawn graphics.

The campaign marks the launch of Motherlan’s first global project with Vans – and the crew brought it home, back to the streets of Lagos. With visuals of skaters riding through the city that shaped their youth, the campaign taps into nostalgia while celebrating a full-circle moment: local roots inspiring a worldwide colab.
