are set to crack open the shell once again with the return of the Air Pro 'Pearl' for the festive season – arguably the most prized colourway in thelineup!

Originally released in 1997, the opal-optimised model followed the Air Foamposite One and quickly cemented itself as one of the line’s crown jewels. Worn by Tim Duncan and immortalised through a PE, the pair truly hit the big screen in He Got Game, where Ray Allen’s Jesus Shuttlesworth laced them up throughout the film.

Since then the model has resurfaced multiple times – 2002, 2009, 2010, and 2015’s 'Class of ’97 Pack' – alongside other retro colourways like the. This new iteration, however, sits closer to the OG pearl profile, supported by black nubuck eyestays, carbon fibre shanks, a mesh tongue and 'True Red' detailing across the heel and tabs.

With the Foamposite Pro re-emerging, the 'Pearl' looks set to reclaim its spot as one of the model’s true crown-jewel colourways – a retro with the right shine at the right time!
