Step into the 'Octo': OJOS x atmos Pink x ASICS Rework the GEL-1130 RE

Now they're back in the mix and linking up with OJOS, the South Korean gorpcore label, to give the GEL-1130 RE a full-blown makeover.

Dressed in tonal neutrals that nod to OJOS’ outdoorsy ethos, this latest runner balances a rich brown sole with a steely grey upper for city-ready versatility. The usual pull-closure system has also been reimagined as a rounded, jewel-like fixture, while a co-branded, star-shaped charm adds a subtle pop, proving that small touches can make a big statement.

Inspired by the 2008 GEL-1000 series, the silhouette was recently reworked by the , taking design cues from running and boxing. To celebrate the release, 'heads had a chance to secure a free pair by completing a 10-day wellness challenge, tying the model’s performance heritage to a modern, active lifestyle.
