Down Under, Down Below: SUPPLY and Salomon Drop a Subterranean XT-4

and are diving beneath the surface – literally – with their newest linkup: the Salomon OG ‘SUPPLY’. Built off the cult-classic all-terrain silhouette, this edition fuses off-road grit with urban mythology, tapping into the hidden worlds that run beneath Paris and Sydney.

The ‘Down Under’ campaign follows two explorers moving through each city’s underground sprawl – Parisian catacombs on one side, coastal caves on the other – mirroring each other’s paths as if the two hemispheres were stitched together. That duality comes through in the shoe itself. The Sensifit overlay carries interior imagery pulled straight from the catacombs, grounding the project in Salomon’s lineage of expedition, wandering, and discovery. Meanwhile, the flipped Salomon logo nods to Australia’s ‘Down Under’ moniker – marking the first time the brand has inverted its branding on a sneaker.

SUPPLY run the details, too. The woven tongue tag reads ‘SUPPLY XT-4’ in a custom palette of SUPPLY blue, black, and white, while ‘SUP-PLY’ replaces Salomon’s usual reflective LAB mark on the toe. It’s subtle, technical customisation with the fingerprints of a retailer who know their audience.

Performance stays untouched – because that’s the point. You still get the full-length Agile Chassis Skeleton for support, Contragrip for bite on unpredictable surfaces, abrasion-resistant TPU up top, anti-debris mesh, and the trademark Quicklace system for single-pull lockdown. Whether you’re ghosting through tunnels, weaving laneways, or tearing up a fire trail, the XT-4 OG ‘SUPPLY’ is built for the long way around.
